A small traditional Swedish birch-bark box, believed to date from the late 19th or early 20th century.
Made from overlapping strips of birch bark with decorative zigzag stitching around the sides. The removable wooden lid features hand-painted flowers in red, green and blue, with a dark shaped handle.
