A small traditional Swedish bentwood box dating to the late 19th or early 20th century.
Made from thin strips of wood bent into an oval shape, with overlapping joints secured by traditional wooden stitching. The box has a removable fitted lid and a warm, naturally aged finish.
A lovely example of simple Scandinavian craftsmanship, originally intended for storing small household items.
